1.お預かりできないもの
高価品(現金・貴金属等)、貴重品(書類・通帳・携帯電話・カメラ等)生鮮食品 等保管が困難な物
2.お手荷物の持込み・受け取りについて
荷物の引渡し等は業務時間内にてお願いします。引渡しが遅れる場合は必ず(080-2943-7788)にお電話にて連絡をお願いします。
3.お預かりに関して
保管中の荷物管理に関しましては、細心の注意を払い保管させていただきますが、お預かりできないものを入れられた場合の破損、盗難等は責任を取りかねますのでご了承ください。

1. Items that cannot be stored
High-value items (cash, precious metals etc.), valuables (documents, passbooks, cellphones, cameras etc.), or items that are difficult to store such as fresh food items.
2. Drop off / Pick up luggage
Luggage must be picked up and dropped off during operating hours. In the event that you will be late, please contact us via phone (080-2943-7788).
3. Conditions
The greatest care possible will be provided when storing your luggage, but we cannot be responsible for theft or damage in the event that any of the items listed above under “Items that cannot be stored” are contained within your luggage.
